No 5G

Hi all,

I have a Motorola G50 5g mobile, and have a 5G plan on BT but can't connect to 5g, when i click on network settings and on mobile network (BT) it only shows 4g, 3g, 2g  is this a network issue or phone issue ?

If you check the EE coverage map does it show 5g available in your area and also strength of signal near your home
