No Mobile Internet

Hi,

Ive recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 pro, and we are on a family sim plan with 4 sims.

My mobile internet has stopped working, It was initially working for a week, then now it's not connecting so i can only access internet through wifi. I can send and receive texts and calls.

Ive tried turning off and on, Ive reset network settings and Ive even reset the iPhone itself but that hasn't resolved the issue. Data is switched on and the 3 other sims on the plan are working. Ive spoken to Apple who performed a diagnostic on the phone and they cant find any issues referring to my mobile provider.

Has anyone had this, or know of a fix. Thank you!

All sorted.

I spoke to customer services and there was an issue with my new mobile phone, but all sorted.
