No mobile data

Hi, I lost mobile data access on the 26th Feb.  I tried lots of Google solutions - nothing worked. Have called BT and found out that it's a nationwide problem. Shouldn't have had to call - BT customers surely should have been notified! We have 5 phones on the account and only mine is affected. I was assured it was being fixed but am still without data. 

Anyone had this issue resolved?

We have had the same issue. My phone is fine(ish) although weak in both 4G and 5G but my son's phone lost 4G around the 6th to the 8th March. He can get an edge connection sometimes though.
I assumed it was a SIM issue so ordered a new SIM which was put into the phone last night. Despite activating online the SIM it is still inactive.
Tried the old SIM in another phone and the data connection is still out. The new SIM has not activated either which I assume is due to the lack of network and data connection.
Strange that there is no information clearly out there that this is an issue.
