Re: No service on mobile

Go to solution

Assuming you are on Digital Voice, I suspect that your mobile is trying to use Wi-Fi calling and your hub is not playing nicely, hence you can use neither landline nor mobile.

Try switching your hub off and then try to make a call on your mobile (whilst the hub is still off), then turn your hub back on and try making another mobile call.

Thank you. I switched both hub and mobile off. Mobile back on again, it's reset itself and I've been able to make a call. Hubs back on now and made another call. Just need batteries now to try and sort my home phones out. Thanks everyone xx

Just curious, are you able to use mobile data? (I can make calls but can't use data/can't connect to anything.)

Hi, yes, once I'd switched the mobile off and back on again it was working fine

Hi @SPE

Is it only within a specific area you're getting no service at all, or is the issue following you no matter the location?

What device are you using?

Have you tried any steps suggested in the thread so far?

Thanks for letting me know @SPE

Can you try resetting the network settings on your iPhone if you haven't done this already? To do this go into Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

You won't lose any personal data, but you'll need to provide your password next time you connect to WiFi.

Also, can you check your device is fully up to date please? Just head to Settings >  General > Software Update. If you have an update pending then complete that too.

Let me know how it goes.
