Hi, I've been given a PAC code to transfer my phone to O2 but when I spoke to do the transfer they said the PAC code is not working - we double checked that it was the code I'd been given and tried it a few times and they said it's not paid and to contact BT to get a new PAC code. I've tried calling but can't get through so if you could help that would be great, thanks.

Text PAC to 65075, that should confirm the code. I seem to recall that they're case sensitive as well.

Not sure about the "not paid", are you definitely out of contract? If not you'll have to pay the balance before the transfer.
Hi, that was an error - I thought I typed not working but it showed up as not paid! I sent the text as you suggested, they have replied with the same PAC code as the original, but said I need to call BT to get the phone unlocked for the PAC code to work. I've tried calling - was on hold for half and hour and no reply and have other things to do so had to hang up...
