I've just put a replacement BT SIM into my phone and activated it via the BT website. The phone seems to work ok but I received a a text from BT (see below). Any idea what it means please?

Google suggests it's an issue sending APN settings to the phone, but as it's just a replacement SIM the settings should already be present. If everything's working & your number is correctly transferred to the new SIM, I'd ignore it.
Thanks, yes the number transferred ok. I did check the APN settings and I noticed that the MMS settings were incomplete so I guess that could be what the issue was. Everything seems fine so thanks for putting my mind at rest
