SIM stopped working
My SIM card has suddenly started saying emergency calls only. I have cleaned it and turned phone on and off to no joy. There is no live chat available and says I need to call them but how can I when I can't make calls!!! Any suggestions?

If you log on to MyBT > Help > Mobile > Fix a Problem & follow it through the appropriate links, you appear to be able to order a replacement online. But it will probably be at least a week before you receive it. Can you try the SIM in another phone?
