Mobile damaged

Go to solution

I have an iPhone SE on contract with BT and I’ve had it for about a year, I can’t find these details in my BT anywhere. I can see my bills, usage etc and my sim but can’t find anything to do with the actual phone. The mobile has a fault which I noticed this week where there are 2 faint black lines running from top to bottom of the screen on the right hand side only about a cm apart but annoying now I know they’re there.  Each time I go on my bt to ask for help with this I’m going round in circles, clicking report damage or lost phone then takes me to a page getting help to set up then back to community 🤷‍♀️ I don’t know what to do.
any help would be appreciated

Thankyou.

You may get a better response taking it up with Apple, especially if you have access to one of their stores.

@Gayngayn standard warranty period is 12 months from purchase but if you can prove that the screen has just failed and hasn't broken due to owner fault, ie. Dropping it, then you should be able to claim for the repair under the 2 year warranty rule
