My father is being plagued by calls from a particular spammer, who calls every day from the same number. His phone was already detecting the number as potential fraud and automatically blocking it, and I have now added the number to his blocked numbers list too, so the calls never actually get through.
However, after every single blocked call he receives a text message from 1571 informing him that he missed the call and the caller didn't leave a message.
These 1571 texts are useful for other missed calls that may need a call back or a listen to a voicemail. But the daily text messages for this particular number are getting annoying. Is there any way to stop missed call texts for a specific number, or for numbers that have been blocked in the phone?
He's using a BT Mobile contract SIM in a Motorola Moto E13.
