Travel Data Pass Charges when Mobile Data Not Used

I have Travel Data Pass on my mobile, and whenever I use my mobile abroad I ensure my Mobile Data and Data Roaming are switched off. However, even though there is no data being consumed, I still get charged £6 a day for Data whilst I am away.

Re: Travel Data Pass Charges when Mobile Data Not Used

Its a fault with Data Travel Pass which should stop charging fees when you switch OFF Data Roaming. BT have refunded me all my overseas charges, but have not fixed this fault leaving loads of customers with the same problem!
