Can anyone help with the BT Travel Pass?
I’m currently in the States and i’m been charged £6 per day for the additional 500mb. I opted into the extras back in the UK just in case of emergencies.
I haven’t yet used any data because i’ve had my Data Roaming Off since leaving Manchester but i’ve been charged for the 3days now, additional £18!
Any idea why i’m been charged when I haven’t used any of the daily allowance at all?
