USA travel data pass not working

Hi, travelling in the US, have the data pass added (£6 per day option) but no message from BT to say this was/is being used and my phone immediately burnt though my £50 cap when I was in the airport.  Very unfair

Have you check your usage on MyBT? If the travel pass was added you can view the usage for it there.

It would normally use the travel pass allowance before using your spend cap, so could be the case that you’ve used the 500mb pass and been charged for going over. 
If it’s not added I would call 150 and ask customer service to add it for you.
