Unable to Access Account

Currently getting the following message whilst trying to make calls from my mobile - *Not registered on network *.

I've tried several fixes - clean sim, restart, clear cashe etc with no luck so far.

I've been trying to log this as a fault with BT as they supplied the network, SIM and device but I'm unable to access my account even after resetting all my details.

 

Any ideas?

Hi @Alstephe, sorry you're having a problem with your BT Mobile service. Please call us on 0330 1234 150 and speak with the Mobile team and they'll be happy to help you get this fixed.
