I have a new BT SIM. I want to record a voicemail greeting. But when I dial 1571 from my mobile to access voicemail to set up my greeting, it plays the following message:-
"we are sorry but due to a technical fault, we can't contact you to the voicemail service".
It's been like this for weeks,
I've been trying to speak to someone in the mobile team on 0800 800150 but I am held in a queue forever and can't get connected.
My wife also has a new BT SIM - it's on the same account as my SIM. When she dials 1571, she can access voicemail to record a greeting and check for messages without a problem.
I'm going round in circles on this one. Anyone having the same problem? Any ideas how to resolve this?
