Hi we have just arrived in Egypt and my wife's BT mobile has stopped working, she is expecting a call from the hospital on her mobile phone.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators. You will need to call BT.

check MYBT that you have international calls active and you have set a spend limit more than £0 say £5
I would like to thank everyone for their quick response and help.
For some reason my wife's international dialing option was off. I have set to on and now have to wait for up to 30 minutes for it be active. I will keep you posted if this does not work.
