I have a Motorola Moto G13 handset running Android 13. Frustratingly WiFi calling does not work with my BT mobile SIM. Any thought on how I can activate it?
Thanks.
Is Wi-Fi calling enabled on your phone? This could be in Wi-Fi settings and/or the phone dialler settings

Yes, WiFi calling is enabled but it seems it is not provisioned on the handset. WiFi calling works with the SIM in a different handset and likewise with a different provider's SIM in the Moto G13 it works too. How can I get WiFi calling provisioned on BT Mobile for the Moto G13?
Thanks for your help.
Check in the WiFi Calling setting to see if you can set WiFi to be preferred. The default is usually mobile & with this setting, WiFi Calling won't show up as long as there's even the weakest signal.
Thanks, I have done that but afraid does not work.
You could try this guide WiFi Calling with EE
Thanks but afraid did not help.
Could it be worth trying a replacement SIM from EE.?
Apologies if you already know this… The easiest way to check that WiFi calling works is to switch the phone to Airplane mode. That turns off the mobile signal elements of the phone. Sometimes that’ll switch off your WiFI too so you’ll need to switch that back on.
You should then be able to make and receive a normal mobile call ( Not WhatsApp or whatever) over WiFi.
Switching the phone to Airplane mode means you are eliminating the possibility of a weak mobile signal stopping the phone from using WiFi for mobile calls.
Looking at message 3, I see that the Motorola is not listed on the BT website, from past experience this is not definitive but it could well be indicative.
