What is the max Mbps speed of my current BT 4GB sim only likely to be?

Good afternoon.

I currently have a BT 4GB Sim (doubled to 8GB with Halo) and I wondered what my max Mbps speed is likely to be. Out of contract on that since November 2023 although My BT account Mobile details says  "Contract ends: currently not available". Looking on EE Mobile it shows a 20GB Sim with max speed of 100 Mbps and wondered how that is likely to compare with my current sim?

@countrypaul Thanks very helpful. Looks like I am on a possible max of 90 Mbps based upon being on Halo.

I've had around 230ish Mbps from the same contract as yourself.

Just done a sim card speed test on my phone which is a Samsung S21.  9Mbps with battery saver on and 10 feet from lounge window. At the lounge window 39Mbps with battery saver on. At the lounge window with the battery saver off 109Mbps. Shows how much having the battery saver on really impacts on performance.
