sim card

good morning, here I am again, the first time I asked the community why after more than 2 weeks the new sim still hadn't arrived at home, solved because the company EE I don't know what happened but it hadn't processed mine order. Now I've made a new request, but we're still there. after a week my card is still not in my possession.
From the email received from them to looking on my app, the delivery had to take place on 8/9/2022
