As I can't get BT Sport 4K on my Sky Q box, I thought I would try the BT App on my 4K Amazon gizmo.
I've checked that my ID is linked to the account and I am the account holder. As far as I can tell, I should be able to log in to the app using the same login as for managing my account on the website. Nothing's simple online nowadays, so I'm probably missing something - anyone any idea what it might be?!

Ah, yes, I only subscribe to BT Sport, so the app I'm attempting to use is for the full TV package which I don't have.
