BT Monthly Pass Won't Activate

Hi,

I’ve setup a new account and paid for a Monthly BT Sports Pass, but it hasn’t activated and I can’t view any content. This was done a couple of hours ago. In the app I get an error code of ID003.

I did receive a confirm email address email, but this then asks to setup billing (paid by card already) and add a BT account ID, which I don’t have so I can’t go any further with this.

Would anyone be able to help with activating my  Monthly Pass?

Many thanks for the PM. I’ve replied with all the required information.

This purchase was for the premiership game tomorrow morning at 12:30pm. Your PM states a 48hr reply window, but that would be too late if unresolved before tomorrow.

Am I better off contacting via phone to get the issue looked into quicker?

HI @RobPrior,

It may be quicker to call in as we do have a good few people ahead of you at the moment and we might not be able to get it picked up until after the weekend.

If there are any issues afterwards come back and let me know, please.

It doesn’t look like it will be resolved, but I’m dealing with it over the phone now and will have to call back next week if it doesn’t magically work by the morning.

The payment was taken this morning and the monthly pass has kicked in 🙄 Telephone support thought the payment would bounce back due to the account looking like it had not setup properly and they couldn’t see any payment.

I’ll have to get in touch with support again tomorrow to cancel and for a refund as it was for a game the just weekend gone.
