When I try and order a BT Sport Monthly Pass online all of today I get...
"Sorry, the service is unavailable We're aware and fixing it now, so the service should be available soon."
BT say I can't order it over the phone.
Is there a work around or is it a case of sit and wait till BT fix what ever internal problem they have with the ordering system?

2 known issues with the process:
1. Does your address contain both a name (e.g a building name) and a number?
2. Does your email address include a + symbol?
My email is simply my full name followed by @btinternet.com
the password i am providing meets all the relevant BT checks.
I dont get any further than this initial (email and password )1 of 4 window .
Ah OK - so you need to create a NEW account. As a BT ID already exists with the email address you're trying to use, it's failing (with a very unhelpful message).
The simplest way to proceed would be to use a different email address or create a new one.
