Hi - I am unable to log in to the BT sport app on my Amazon Firestick.
When I enter my log in details I get the following error message "sorry there is a problem - please try again - code ID153"
I have already tried changing my password which didn't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the BT sport app which didn't work. I have also tried logging into my BT sport account on a 2nd Firestick and received the same error message.
I know my log in credentials are ok as I can log into the BT sport app on my android phone with no problem.

Could you please also try rebooting your router at the same time?
We're currently investigating an issue that is affecting a small proportion of customers (around 1.5%). Rebooting your router and device should fix it.
