Suddenly BT Sport2 this evening is saying parental controls need your passcode. Why?

BT Sport 1, 3, and Ultimate all ok to watch. What’s going on. Have restarted the box, no joy. Quite ridiculous.

Hi @Alan24 

Your experience suggests that the programme on BT Sport 2  being broadcast  has  a guidance rating that is triggering a mandatory daytime pin  when broadcast before the watershed.

For example according to the BT Sport 2 schedule  tonight Rugby Town Episode 6  at 6pm has a Guidance. THis Programme may contain Strong Language  in the guide.
