BT sport app says I need to upgrade subscription but I've got a monthly pass?

Hi I’ve got the same issue, says I need to upgrade subscription, I’ve tried logging in on my PS4

I'm sorry to hear that you can't get access to your BT Sport account on your PS4.

We will need to check your account to see if it's missing anything that would allow it to work on the PS4. Before I start looking into this, can you confirm that you have a log in, for your BT ID,  for it that you also use for your billing with us?
