I've just received another bill for BT Sport (mobile app subscription), I cancelled via the online web form many weeks/months ago. I originally purchased it for the Champions League final but cancelled immediately afterwards. I have been billed 2 or 3 times since. Please can you provide a refund and ensure that it doesn't happen again? I have tried the helpline, but I didn't get anywhere.
