ID003

Hello.

I have had BT Internet a while. Today I added BT Sports to my Sky Box. That works perfectly. The lady I spoke to on the phone said I can also log in on my phone or devices and watch it on there. 

But whenever I try to log on, I get error ID003 and that my account doesn’t have BT Sports.

Am I doing something wrong?

Welcome to the Community.

I am sorry to see that you can't get BT Sport working. Generally, this type of error message could point towards using a BT ID log in that doesn't have your active BT account. If it doesn't have your active account you won't be able to access BT Sport. When you log into your BT ID, look at the top right, it should have an account number. Check to see if it has just the one account number or if there is a drop down beside it that lets you change between different account numbers.

If you don't have your active account listed, you can add it by following this: Add account to MyBT
