I'm not sure why there was no IP address showing when you were using their broadband connection. Generally, there should always be one showing. Even if you had a VPN there would be some IP address showing @adeace.

Can you get into the app in your main home now ok? As in for both standard and enhanced?

I did get an IP address but the location element, just had a "," symbol and then the bt sport app was saying you are outside the uk, think this is just a flaw in the app that it checks the ip address etc., and if the broadband provider is new / seemingly not set-up properly it won't let you watch !! bit of a pain ?

@adeace it is the responsibility of the ISP to ensure that their IP ranges are registered correctly.  I've checked the IP address that you were blocked from, and very few of the major IP location services have it registered - the one we use thought you were in Switzerland.

I recommend you contact your ISP to complain - it's not something we can fix from our end I'm afraid.
