I work with 3 companies, each with BT, and each of which when the account holder logs into MyBT to access their online billing has been landing at the following page:
so this must be a system-wide issue now for a couple of weeks. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? This seems to be a recurring issue which happens every couple of months but does seem to resolve itself, only now the issue has been ongoing since 3rd Sept.
I will be SOOOOO glad when these companies' minimal term completes with BT and they can move to a competent provider.
