Broadband and landline

I have been reading the comments in this section with growing despair until I reached the last one. My problems have been ongoing since April when I agreed to have FF broadband as part 〽️ f my new package from EE. Initial problem related to permission slip to dig up my garden which was signed and returned by management company as I have a leasehold flat. While claiming not to have received slip BT have managed to 'migrate' my landline somewhere. After many cancelled appointments to install broadband and several visits from engineers,BT have acknowledged receipt of permission slip. However they won't install broadband until my phone is sorted out. In the meantime other people in the building now want Full Fibre. From your messages I gather I can't contact ombudsman yet. How do I contact Claire executive complaints manager?
