Wouid like to thank a chap called Sean/Shaun, not sure where he was based but he was in the technical department. 

After weeks of various web chats and calls getting nowhere trying to access my account, Sean thought the problem lay out with the ongoing issues and said he wouid try and sort it, giving me a reference number to chase it up in future.

A few hours later I was able to access my account so he's been true to his word and went the extra mile.

Just spoke to. Hamza,  payment support. Birmingham Snowhill. 

What a wonderful human!  The absolute most professional, warm, polite gentleman. 

Please make him a manager!  He's got so much that everyone can learn from.  What a lovely genuine guy!

He Guided me through helping my elderly mum reset her billing and get her broadband back on. 

Knowledge,  patience, and just 10 star customer service.  All at 8am in the morning 🙂

Ive literally had to come on here and sign up haha just to try and tell someone in BT hes a diamond,  and needs recognition, and a promotion asap.

Complimenting a Guide

May I thank Danny, who I spoke to about a problem with Digital Voice on Monday 6th July at 9.15.

He took ownership of the problem, kept me updated with the progress and finally got it resolved.

I am very grateful for his professionalism and feel that he really took a pride in doing a good job.
