Anyone know how I contact BT other than by phone? tried this three times and getting know where.

If you have been trying CS 150 today then you need to try again tomorrow as BT were on strike today hence your problems

I have been waiting for a call back from BT for over 4 weeks so now i want to put this in writing to them.
