I rang today to report a fault with my broadband service & was given the run around from BT & Openreach because my problem wasn't a standard fault.
I finally got through to someone called Iestin (I think that is the correct spelling but it was pronounced Yestin). He took the time to resolve my problem & didn't just fob me off to another department as had previously happened.
We're quick enough to complain about bad service so I think it only fair to compliment great service so thank you very much Iestin for going above & beyond to assist. Your department, & customers.l, are lucky to have you
