how long should it take Openreach to connect when told it is now ready to order all out side and inside work done since 4/2/ 2023
if by inside work you mean you already have an ONT then what colour are the lights? solid or flashing?
are you an existing BT customer or with another ISP?
What is the status of the ONT according to the LEDs' in particular the LOS and PON lamps
Have you received a hub from BT and if so what colour is the light on the front panel and is it steady or flashing

with BT
los light flashing been like this every day since install on the 8of feb . Openreach keep now saying needs a survey this will be the 3 time that they have looked in to the problem out of 12 homes that want FTTP only 2 have it and they had there's installed 18 months ago
have you tried phoning the FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if they can help you have the serial number of ONT handy when phoning. if you get diverted to CS as FTTP busy then hang up and try later
LOS should be completely out, not even a flicker, there must be an external fault somewhere and if 10 out of 12 houses are having the same problem then that might explain why OR want to survey it
