Fibre delay

We requested internet connection over 3 months ago 

each time we get fobbed off 

the road needs a new junction box,last week some men turned up to do the work at 10pm digging g the road up 

some neighbours went and complained and they disappeared again. 
all by say is it’s delayed again need an number to actually get an answer 

this affects my business 

we have no internet connection at all

so poor
