we have now been told nothing is being done after we have waited for 6months,the Ee gentleman said he cannot contact bt openreach about the work and only goes by what’s on his screen.
no one seems to have a number to contact ,so frustrating ,we are just left in limbo
the house we bought had a copper connection but once we bought the house this seems to have been disconnected,so are now waiting for someone to come and put a larger box in the road to accomadate more waiting customers ,
we did have some workers turn up,last Saturday night at 10.30pm to dig the road up but due to noise complaints they left .
any help would be appreciate
I do not know how people can run a business like this.
when you posted previously you said that this is affecting your business implying you are a business user and as I posted then you should be posting on the business forum https://business.forums.bt.com/
unless you are running a business on a residential line!
I’m a rep and work occasionally from home ,zoom meetings etc.
its for the internet for my kids and smart tv

This is the BT residential forum and has nothing to do with Openreach which is a separate company.
If you are going with EE Broadband you should post on their forum as only they can talk to Openreach on your behalf.
