I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue I've been experiencing with my recent broadband package, specifically concerning the inclusion of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
I recently upgraded my BT package to a 500mbps WiFi connection. As part of this package, I received an email confirming that I would be entitled to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for 6 months at no extra cost. However, in the email, there was no information regarding the content partners or how to activate this benefit.
After noticing this, I contacted BT customer support for assistance. During the call, we decided to reduce the price of my 500mbps package. Following this adjustment, I received another email confirming that my broadband package still included Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for 6 months at no extra cost.
Unfortunately, despite these emails, I have been unable to activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I have attempted to redeem the offer several times, but it hasn't worked.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
