Mobile signal
🙄Why has BT gone in with EE.
Don't live in a city , so the signal is ( will be blunt ) **bleep** . EE sort your signal out in the country or this customer will have to look some were different. EE BEST in the COUNTRY don't make me laugh , might as well get a pigeon

Re: Mobile signal
Probably because EE is part of the BT GROUP. Which provider is the best mobile signal in your area and just move to them as I don't think EE will improve your signal anytime soon. Can you use WiFi calling?

Re: Mobile signal
Hi @LostNorfolkBoy
Sorry to hear you’re facing problems with signal.
Have a look at our I'm having problems making or receiving mobile calls page which has some information that may help.
You can check coverage and network status at Check mobile coverage where you can also report any issues you are facing, as well as sign up for updates on any known issues in the area that may be going on.
