Hi, I recently had a call with a very nice BT advisor and would like to message with some very positive feedback. Her customer service, help and support, was excellent. The way she handled my call, she was the most friendly advisor and went that extra mile, above and beyond to help. She listened and guided me through step-by-step, my digital set-up and Broadband, which we were having issues with. We were able to troubleshoot using a camera picture and I understood what she was telling me and her product knowledge was first-rate. I even received a follow-up call to check the set-up was working. Is it possible to pass this feedback onto BT. Many Thanks.
