Report an incident involving a BT employee

A BT van from the Breightmet depot reversed into my vehicle causing £36 worth of damage, the driver was quite rude, as it is such a small amount of money is there an email address, I can use to contact BT and hopefully have the money refunded? Thanks Chris

Re: Report an incident involving a BT employee

Hi @Christree   Just to be clear, BT or Openreach. A lot of people get confused by the two.

@Christree

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail Broadband and phone customers.

The vehicle would most likely be an Openreach one.

Hi @Christree and welcome to our community.

I'm sorry for the late reply. Did you get this reported as per @VeteranISPUser advice?

Cheers
