Hi there, I did send old BT kit by post. (I have trucking number) I'm still getting emails from BT about missing KIT, and they will charge me £43
Please any advise
It is presently taking about four weeks for BT to update your account after receipt of the returned items.
If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with either your Proof of Postage or Proof of Receipt they will be able to update your account.
