Ropewalk house Bristol BT Phone line Live or Not Live

Hi,

We have a project to install new containment at Ropewalk House in Bristol. This is a Bristol City Council block of flats. In the communal corridors there is what seems to be old BT phone lines connection boxes (one for each flat). We are reaching out to see if anyone at BT can help with telling us whether these lines maybe live or not so we can either look at extending them into our new containment or remove them completely.
