I received an email supposedly from BT requesting I verify my email account or account will be blocked within 72hrs - I am sure its a scam email - just looking to find out if BT are going through security updates and email is genuine.
100% scam.

There is no way that BT will ever ask you to verify your email account via an unsolicited email.
