I just want to thank the two engineers, Joe K and Joe Lewis, who came and installed my full fibre optic cable today. Over several occasions and a period of 10 months, engineers from Openreach tried to install the full fibre optic cable to my home but didn't succeed. There was always something blocking the way of the cable. Today, Joe K and Joe Lewis kept trying until the issue was resolved, and now I have the cable installed. I can't explain how happy I am that I can finally subscribe to proper internet speed after all the challenges I've been through with this issue. Thank you so much!
