Website not accessible via BT network

Hi,

My website is not accessible through the BT network.

I can browse the website with other networks but not with the BT network. I went through the other posts and some of them have a similar issue as I am facing right now. Two days ago my site was working fine and suddenly it stopped working with the BT networks.

PS: My site is amchur.co.uk

Can someone help me to fix the issue, please?

Many Thanks

Re: Website not accessible via BT network

As the link is your business website, have you tried asking your web hosting company?

Its visible on my BT connection, so its not a BT issue.

Re: Website not accessible via BT network

No problem accessing for me so BT are not blocking it.

Check that  your antivirus  isn't blocking it or that your BT Webprotect isn't blocking it.

Re: Website not accessible via BT network

Hi,

I have asked the hosting company as well and they redirected me to the BT issue. Also, the site cannot be browsed from the VM network as well.

I tried to access the site with a VPN and it worked fine.

Many Thanks

Re: Website not accessible via BT network

It works for me on BT broadband. If it's not working on Virgin Media there's clearly a problem elsewhere and your hosting company might just be fobbing you off

I have no problem accessing it on a VM connection. It would appear to be a problem your end.

Re: Website not accessible via BT network

I have emailed my hosting provider. Let's see what they have got to say.

Many thanks for your response.

Re: Website not accessible via BT network

I can confirm it works fine for me using BT broadband, I can also confirm I'm now really hungry cause I started reading the menu 😞
