blocked domain

I have inadvertently blocked my "MY BT"  link I thought it was a scam message. 

How can I get it reconnected ?

Where have you blocked it. Was it in an app or in your email or in your virus programme etc etc ?

sorry for late response . It was in my BT email .  Options :- MORE . MARK AS SPAM AND BLOCK SENDER.  tHANKS

I have spoken with BT Tech Help . my access was blocked only when using my VPN !!!!.
Switched VPN off , all Ok. brianpye
