I have been without BT broadband and EE mobile for 3 days due to a 'fault in the area'
So no access to mobile or internet
BT BOT says will respond within 30 mins and never has
How do I get an update on when this will be resolved?
go to 'help' at top of forum page then either track fault or check service in your area
Track fault responds with:
There are no faults to display for this account.

If you haven't already, then I'd definitely recommend checking out all of the steps on our troubleshooting page to try and get this sorted.
