fault in area no broadband and mobile for 3 days with no updates from BT on when it will be resolved

I have been without BT broadband and EE mobile for 3 days due to a 'fault in the area'

So no access to mobile or internet

BT BOT says will respond within 30 mins and never has 

How do I get an update on when this will be resolved?

go to 'help' at top of forum page then either track fault or check service in your area

I have done that. Check service in your area responds with:

No known issues in your area

 

Track fault responds with:

There are no faults to display for this account.
