order FTTP problem

Open Reach laid in cable to boundary & said we can get FTTP, but when I checked via postcode my address says not available, but my neighbour who is opposite and who Open Reach laid cable to at same time as us is showing as available, the only difference is the postcode, although the houses are opposite each other my post code is AB42 0TD and theirs is AB42 0TA (mistake by royal mail sometime in the past). Tried contacting Open Reach to ask them to amend it so shows available for my house because the cable is there, I saw them lay it in, but got no help.  How can I order FTTP?

Re: order FTTP problem

Got a bog standard email back from Open Reach saying need to pay to get FTTP to my area quicker, vouchers available etc.  Utter rubbish, they obviously didn't bother reading my comments that the fibre is already outside my house.

I have the FTTP to my boundary but can't get an order with BT because Open Reach have failed to update my house on their system.  Our current broadband is really bad I am desperate to get the FTTP connected but have hit a brick wall, any suggestions how to get Open Reach to change my address to show FTTP is available?
