Tellows doesn't have it listed as a known nuisance caller, could it be a careline number

I'm waiting until my father's next bill arrives which should be imminent and see what the itemised calls are as I have been there looking after him up to and during Xmas and he has been in hospital since mid last week. Should then be able to see if connected to his Suresafe alarm which I think is to do with it - although as previous member said if this was the case- as a duty of care they should be contacting me every time it happens!
