2 BT IDs on the same account? Mystified...

Hi,

I have 2 accounts, one for each of 2 lines and I received billing notifications fine.

Since I cancelled my BT Broadband and I line, I downgraded my BT Mail to basic.

Since then, I seem to receive 2 emails for the remaining line bill plus 2 emails for the 'basic' email billing and there seems to be a second BT ID shown for each of the second emails received.

I have no idea what this ID is as it is just a set of numbers and asterisks whereas my primary BT ID is my email address. Is this just something to live with or is there a rational explanation for an unknown BT ID to have appeared on  each of my accounts as well as the original BT ID?
