2 accounts, account home page defaulting to inactive account

Hi,
 
I've recently re-signed up to BT for full fibre which has now been activated.
 
I'm trying to view my products as I may want to add something, but I'm unable to see the products from my new account. I can see the bill for my new account as there is an account dropdown to switch, but this isn't there when looking at products.
 
Is it possible to either change the default account or delete the old one?
